What we offer

We, in Stevanato Group for our plant Medical Glass in Bratislava, are looking for talented recent graduates with high potential to be included in this exclusive Graduate Program. In this development program lasting 18 months you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself by working in a dynamic, innovative, international context whilst also being trained through a dedicated training path focused on developing both your technical and soft skills.

For the entire duration of the program, you will be supported by tutors and expert colleagues who will guide you during your training and growth.

At the end of the program, you will be ready to take on your role in the company and continue your career within the Group.

For our site in Bratislava, we are looking for a Graduate that will have the opportunity to follow one of the company’s global strategic projects where, through your dedicated job rotations, you will be able to:
•Interact with various different functions in the company
•Get overview and insights of STEPS goals, methodology and implementation
•Develop project management skills (participating in the creation of training materials and processes)
•Contribute to guarantee the sustainability of set processes
•Analyze critical issues and propose possible preventive and corrective actions

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidates for this program are motivated, passionate and open-minded young graduates who are willing to take on the challenges of an international and dynamic professional opportunity. We are looking for talented individuals with strong teamwork attitudes, communication skills and global mindset.

Our "Graduate Program" is aimed at people who have recently graduated from university with:
•A degree in STEM, Economic or Legal disciplines
•Slovak language is a must
•Fluency in English
•Propensity to be a team-player
•Strong aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills
•Spirit of innovation and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
•Goal driven and openness to deliberate with others
•Interest in international mobility
•Experience abroad (studies or work) considered a plus
