You will be responsible for:
- technical support by working with end-users in person, over the phone or via email
- resolve technical problems with computer mainly hardware and software
- performs duties related to office IT equipment (mobile, laptops, printers, monitors, configuration, installation) in short - basic repairs
- IT network cabling
- server room maintance
- IT projects
- provides information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities etc.
