Job description, responsibilities and duties

 big multinational manufacturing company,
 activities of this company also cover retail
 organize working meetings in accordance with needs of directors,
 provide business trips including their billing, manage and update the schedule of directors,
 organize business meetings and larger meetings within and outside of the company including co-organizing events,
 an important communication channel of the department towards the outside,
 communicate instructions, leadership requirements to different people and organizations,
 provide information to other supervisors and obtains information for own supervisors, monitor the fulfillment of communicated tasks,
 perform support activities of a technical and administrative nature associated with the operation of the departments,
 provide material equipment for departments, enter orders, be fully responsible for materially-technical support, functioning of assigned services,
 register, sort received and sent documents, invoices, record them and archives them, responsible for the formal report documents submitted by the management company supervisor,
 search for and collect information from a variety of external and internal resources to support senior executives, prepares documents of a vocational character,
translates it if necessary (English, Hungarian, Slovak),
 prepares documents for management meetings, create recordings from meetings, process simpler analyzes, documents in order to support the decision
of the superiors,

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

 min. 3-years previous experience in the same/similar position in the bigger (international) company,
 university education ideally in economics,
 English - active spoken and written – is a MUST,
 Hungarian - active spoken and written – is a MUST,
 working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
 autonomy, proactivity, precision, responsible approach,
 excellent expression skills, credibility, loyalty,
 high workload, working and time flexibility,
 formal presentation skills,
 organization and planning,
 proactivity and independence,
