Export/Cofilling Manager

- Taking care of existing customers and finding new customers for the sale of own products and our production capacity,
- Daily communication with the logistics department regarding received orders and transport of prepared products, goods
- Order processing and distribution flow control,
- Resolving any customer complaints that arise,
- Weekly meeting with the production department and product production planning according to customer requirements,
- Communication with the purchasing department and coordination of ordering raw materials according to orders from customers,
- Coordination of private label projects with the development and production department, including all issues related to the new product (technical, development, graphic requirements, etc.),
- Preparation of price offers and product presentations according to customer requirements,
- Preparation of the annual sales plan and ongoing monthly sales reports for management,
- Regular data update in BARIS - internal system
- Close cooperation with purchase and sales department - on a daily basis
- Budget preparation for exhibitions and delivery services and continuous monitoring of the implementation of the budget,
- Organizing and ensuring participation in international exhibitions (PLMA Amsterdam, ANUGA Cologne, SIAL Paris, IFE London, FDE Birmingham) as the main exhibitor, personal participation at the exhibitions
