Sales Responsible

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to be the frontline salesperson who is responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area by developing new business and expanding the business with existing customers.

• Automotive customersare global and/or internationally leading, complex companies with a significant size
• Customers operating in theAutomotive Marker as Tier 1, 2 or even 3 of the OEMs (car producers)
• Drive topline and margin growth by robust pipeline management and margin management
• Increase Market Shareat existing customers and develop new business.
• Establish and developingbusiness relationships at customers and key market players at all levels
• Support technical servicerepresentative in managing technical issues with customers and internally
• Develop andmaintain contact map within each account– at all reporting level and across all functions
• Collaborate withcross functional teamsincluding relevant teams at the key accounts to prioritize new product developments, makes plans for trials
• Providesupport and leadership to sales, customer services and technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• NATIVE KOREAN IS A MUST !
• English and Czech/Slovak languages
• 3/5 years of relevant experience in paint Automotive (preferred) or other manufacturing business
• Technical knowledge ofcoatings in Automotive Industry (preferred) or in other manufacturing Industry
• Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Able in building relationships with big variety of multiple stake holders
• Manages himself without needing daily guidance or advice
• Stress resistant, self-confidence
• Technical knowledge of coatings products
• Customer focused, result orientations
• Ready for frequent travel
