- leadership and management of a team of accountants (division of tasks, control, ensuring quality outputs for the client ...)
- maintaining a high technical and formal standard of services provided
- participation in the management and development of the accounting department, cooperation in the preparation of the department's budget and strategic plan and ensuring its observance
- active cooperation in the implementation of process optimization in the department in order to streamline, standardize and automate
- a guarantee of the application of current legislation in the department
- quality guarantee (setting up quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, regular quality checks)
- providing various special accounting and tax services at the client's request and at the client's premises: temporary assistance, accounting control, assistance with software implementation, providing advice and others, ensuring complex accounting services for clients, preparation of VAT returns, reporting
- preparation and presentation of internal trainings, presentations for clients, webinars
- active networking, finding potential clients and participating in meetings with them, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- co-creation of the MAZARS company culture, cooperation in achieving the group's goals

- min. 8 years of accounting experience, min. 3 years of team management experience
- English at least level B2 - writing, communication
- sense of detail, consistency, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, good communication skills
