Mazars is growing in the CEE region and is therefore looking for a regional IT director. As a member of the Group IT team, you will contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise wide IT strategy within 10 countries of the region. You will report directly to the Group CIO and regional CEE committee.

• Knowledge of ITIL Framework
• Knowledge and experience in building infrastructure, especially with Cloud technologies: Microsoft Azure, Citrix Meraki
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and its management
• Passion for driving change in a complex environment
• Ability to successfully develop, coach, mentor and manage performance of others
• Critical Thinking using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Business and Technical problem solving
• Effective at communicating and presenting ideas to management, customers and end users
• Capable of developing a short and long-range plan for your areas of responsibility
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself to make improvements or take corrective action.
