Mazars is looking for a Client relationship assistant with 2- 3 years of work experience in customer- facing organizations who can work independently, shows imagination and proactivity.

Key responsibilities and duties:
• To work with CRM tool and to manage updated information there
• To Support managers and partners with preparing meetings/calls/proposal materials
• To communicate with clients, potential clients and other Mazars offices
• To search via available public records necessary information on specific industries and their top players
• To classify and maintain with accuracy other records and documents specific to business development

Essential skills:
• Experience with Customer Service, records management and/or assisting in Project Management experience
• up to 2 years of work experience in customer-facing organizations
• Virtual team management experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organization skills
• Procedural approach of tasks
• CRM tool concept and help desk knowledge welcomed
• To be able to work well under pressure and handle ad-hoc unplanned tasks calmly and competently

Desirable skills:
• Good level of practiced databases/cloud knowledge
