Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Recruitment & adaptation process - managing talent review and succession planning; overall responsibility for recruitment activity, selection of recruitment channels, advertisement, communication with agencies etc.
• Learning & Development-preparation of Training plan based on Yearly Appraisal, monitoring of talent development
• Payroll – salary inputs, communication with Payroll company
• Responsible for creation and keeping to the HR Budget – salary increase, training, recruitment
• Training – responsibility for selection of training agencies, monitoring of training plan
• Cooperation with local General Manager, General Manager Regional Center, Headquarters and Regional HR Manager CE
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
• Responsibility for whole HR agenda
• Responsibility for HR Control processes and compliance
• Business partner to top management in all HR activities
• Responsible for HR administration, preparation of employment contracts and amendments, exit interviews, cooperation with local social and pension authorities, work with databases and systems
• Monitoring of current benefits, implementation of additional benefits
• Company culture
• Company brand awareness
• Efficiency projects
