Finance Manager

Our product is the world’s most realistic human 3D hologram for all remote communication needs and the best way to connect face to face even when being kilometres apart from each other.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager working at the same or similar position at least for five years. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, excellent decision-maker who wants to drive growth globally and who can ensure day-to-day management of the economic and financial agenda of the company, making sure it runs seamlessly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of budget, reports on implementation of the budget
- Preparation and analysis of cash flow
- Financial coordination of budgets and expenses
- Control of financial transactions
- Control of accounting documents and responsibility for following all rules while working with budget and expenses (internal and contractual)
- Responsibility for the control and accuracy of all accounting documents
- Communication with accounting department and with selected institutions and agencies
- Communication with project managers about direct costs
- Responsibility for the processing of financial billing
- Processing of financial analysis of projects
- Preparation of monthly reports of financials for management
- Preparation of forecast acquisition, retention & monetization
- Use cohort analyses to identify trends within the market
- Monitoring of the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
