We are looking for a new member to join our testing team at a fast-growing technology company that is revolutionizing recruitment in the environmental sector. The team develops highly specialized software solutions and automated systems for job seekers, which are already being used successfully by hundreds of partner companies.

Requirements

• Practical experience with automated testing (Tosca is highly preferred)
• Responsibility for all aspects of analysis, test design, and creation of scenarios for automated tests
• Execution and monitoring of automated test results (script integration and CI support)
• Creation, maintenance, and error handling related to automated testing
• Preparation of test data required for automated testing
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, ...)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/API testing
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methods, and techniques
• Experience with tools for managing and executing test scenarios/tickets (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of agile development (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN) and use of AI/ChatGPT in testing
• Documentation and reporting of results and identified defects
• Strong attention to detail and result-oriented mindset
• Work either in a team or independently and collaborate effectively with developers/clients
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret team outputs
• Good command of the German language (B2 level), as the interview will be conducted in German
