Process Engineer

• participate in the development of products of BiW and the security of its process to grow is sales and secture future business
• solving production-related procedural problems
• analyzing and eliminating time losses
• introduction of new technological procedures
• overall support for process engineering
• monitoring and increasing production productivity
• tracking and reporting of the most serious mistakes and deficiencies in manufacturing processes and suggestions for improvement
• search for new solutions in the field of improving manufacturing processes, reducing working hours, the demands of individual manufacturing operations
• analyzing all parts of the production cycle to optimize the production process
• support Business Units requests on product related difficulties by providing local investigation and solutions
• participate on the research of new product solutions and application of new materials and processes
• beside his usual tasks, he is covenant to work on single tasks, that are from his usual task nature or are resulting from internal needs
• support of the supervisor and the team in build up and improve the department
• taking part on continuous improvement of internal processes and communication between the departments
