Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Prepares individual Accounting reports
• Prepare consolidation breakdowns of asset, liability and capital account entries
• Prepares, analyze and understand consolidation report of the division
• Everyday cooperation and communication in English with Group and business units of the division, cooperating with the Sub-holding finance team
• Prepare reports and participate on Group monthly end procedures – Accounting reports, account breakdowns, risk assessment, internal audit GAPS
• Transfer pricing policy implementation – monitor, coordinate and implement
• Intercompany balances and transaction elimination and coordination for division and outside Group
• Intercompany contracts for special services administration
• Communicate with external auditors by Hard close Audit and Yearly Audit, coordinate and monitor Audit processes
• Drive the process of Intercompany Invoicing for provided services, re-charges, and postings for monthly closing
• Complies with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation with cooperation with accounting department of the respective legal entity
• Prepares documentation required to be sent to external entities and presented in audits according to request;
• Responsible for consolidated financial documents like balance sheet, income statement, accounting annexes;
