Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Manages and leads a team of dedicated IT professionals by coaching, mentoring, disciplining and leading by example.
• Oversee the technical team to define the hardware, software, networking, telephony and security architecture, aligning foundational capabilities to support business plans.
• Required to document processes and procedures. Changing or refining processes when necessary.
• Responsible to maintain, re-design, test and refine a regional and local Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan.
• Responsible as PM in all IT projects of the region.
• Coordinates and monitor the correct use of the group ERP inside the region
• Provides re-design, test, document and deployment of ERP processes to ensure regional and local legal and customer standards
• Investigates, initiates, and manages process and cost saving improvement initiatives
• Coordinates activities of unit to meet budget and deadlines; resolves conflicting demands.
