Work with suppliers to improve the payment Terms with our Companies
Push to close Long Term Contracts (LTAs)
Look for supplier consolidation and footprint optimization
Push innovative suppliers within the Company starting to work with our PCC; Engineering and Sales
Coordinating with quality team on the supplier development activity
Supplier capacity analysis
Floating RFQ and analysis
Create purchase contracts in the ERP with materials and services with negotiated terms and conditions;
Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with the quality team, users, vendors and others to determine the root cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action;
• Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety and environment;
• Preparation of Purchasing reports and analysis on the gap
• Consolidate the BOM purchases, and related contracts
• Consolidation of Suppliers and reductions of the number of supplier per commodity
• work with suppliers to improve the payment Terms with our Companies
• Finding potential opportunities on BOM Purchase
• Increase the payment condition of the suppliers related to BOM Suppliers
• Follow the weekly meeting with the regional plant assigned and the weekly PGC meeting at the some plant.
• Follow the weekly APQP meeting at the regional plant assigned
• Follow the weekly Purchasing meeting and the weekly Commodity meeting according with the global sourcing strategy by commodity
