Logistics Senior specialist

We are a new "Greenfield" plant. We are looking for a flexible candidate who has no problem working independently on various tasks at the same time. The scope of work will be broad, considering the needs of the new plant.

Coordinate, manage and monitor the logistics team and all the logistics flow
• Work closely with Production Manager and Plant Manager in decision making
• Coordinate and manage the logistics team in charge with customer flow
• Make weekly analysis regarding customer orders and forecast
• Make weekly analysis regarding customer variation and inform customer about critic points
• Coordinate and manage all customer deliveries
• Deploy all company logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools in the plant and toward customers
• Continuous improvement with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers
• Follow up on the plant sales, inventory and operations planning on monthly basis
• Maintain permanent contact with Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow
• Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of finished products due to technical modifications
• Identify and generate opportunities for improvement of the logistics processes
• Monitor the budget for direct and indirect employees
• Always set the highest expectations in regard to any issues regarding health & safety at work and environment
• Acknowledge, respect and train team members about standards, policies and procedures of the company.
• Coordination and controlling employees on Shop floor.
• Offer support in risk assessment together with HS responsible.

- allowance for meals beyond the scope of the law 5,48 € - €0.48 employee allowance, €5 employer allowance
- 13th salary
- Travel allowance - 60 € up to 100 €/ month
