Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. JOB SUMMARY
The effective management of Martinrea´s product and process, product design, prototyping, project management and packaging engineering functions. Meet Customer specific quality and product requirements.
2. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project planning: Defining of program goals, creating of a work plan, establishing timelines, and allocating resources.
• Team management: Project team organization, tasks and responsibilities assigning, communications and motivating the team.
• Communication: Ensuring regular and effective communication with all parties including internal teams, external suppliers and customers.(APQP, customer meetings, etc.)
• Monitoring and tracking progress: Actively monitoring program progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing measures to address them.
• Risk management: Identification, evaluation and management of risks in order to minimize the negative impact on the program.
• Resource and budget management: Management of resource allocation, expenditure control and adherence to the program budget.
• Quality assurance: Monitoring of the implementation of processes and quality controls in order to ensure that all program outputs are in accordance with defined standards – internal and external.
• Change Management: Managing changes within the program, including evaluating and approving changes, as well as documenting them.
• Documentation Management: Maintaining complete project records, documenting decisions, communications and results.
• Final project evaluation: Assessing project results, identifying successes and areas for improvement, and documenting lessons learned.
