Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you want to become a part of a professional team of Customer Support Representatives at Service Desk in a top ranked international telecom company? If you are a student, fast learner with technical mind and customer oriented attitude and you want to acquire attractive working experience alongside with your study, maybe we are looking for you.
Customer Support Representative handles requests regarding products and services usage and provides support to Marlink Customers.
Activities:
Work possible in flexible hours between Monday to Sunday between 9:00 to 17:30, where shifts are planned one month in advance in order to provide students with flexibility in accordance with their school schedule.
Customer Support Representative handles requests regarding products and services usage and provides support to Marlink Customers.
Activities:
- E-mail or phone contact with international customers using satellite communication services
- Serve as a first point of contact and provide first level support
- Allocation of each case per Marlink products and services
- Collect information from Marlink databases related to the customer
- Forward the case to second line support where necessary
- Update case with collected information and close when solved
