Job description, responsibilities and duties

1st level Technical Support and Service Desk functions

Activities:
• Customer support
• Follow up and Troubleshooting of network failures reported by customers or automatic monitoring systems; escalation when needed to 2nd/3rd level
• Daily care of operational networks for data-, voice- and/or video communication
• Monitor network performance in terms of availability and reliability
• Active role in Incident management process
• Active role in Request fulfilment process
• Active participation in development of Operational knowledge base
• Participation in 16/5 shifts

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

starting from 1,400 EUR gross/monthly, plus annual bonus based on individual and business objectives evaluation
