Junior Digital Strategy Analyst (student/freelancer)

We are searching a talented person at the beginning of his career (4th/5th year of university studies) or a freelancer who is inspired by the future of streaming services and wants to examine the TV world from the big-picture perspective. 

We want somebody with an outstanding brain who is also a strong collaborator, skilled communicator, and problem solver. Somebody comfortable working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What team you would be a part of? 
Within TV MARKIZA, we are an innovative and dynamic digital team in the heart of a fast-paced TV environment. Our main goal is to ensure our key digital products (mainly VOYO) are growing towards higher customer satisfaction, the best possible product offerings, and of course, the best possible results. We stand in the center among crucial departments: programming, marketing, product, IT, and finance.
The days in our teams look never the same. Either we prepare strategic business cases or deal with implementations of new projects that are not yet a part of any department. We cooperate on strategic CME projects. We also focus on daily digital operations dealing with processes and effectiveness.  
We love numbers and data. They are our daily basis not only for management reporting but mainly as the basis of improvement ideas and further management decisions.

What will be your competencies?
As a part of the Business Development team, various array of job tasks will occur daily. As mentioned already, functions will rarely repeat in this role – therefore the essential job functions are more varied than the tasks themselves. We could divide them into the following areas: 

✔️ Analysis
Data analysis includes not only the proper data interpretation and reading but also KPIs development. You have the support of the research department for regular analysis however we perform several ad hoc analyses and have an eye on measurements definition and KPIs correctness


✔️ Project Management
Support in project management that includes ensuring projects have a clear plan, keeping track on timelines, alligning project teams and stakeholders to the plan


✔️ Contracts and Order Management
End-to-end process related to contract management includes being part of the 3rd party negotiations, consulting with the legal department and finance as well as maintaining the contracts and related purchase orders in our internal databases and systems


✔️ Communication, Curiosity, and Problem-Solving
This position shall be excellent at asking questions and listening to other team members, being able to distill the core messages and communicate them shortly and easily is essential. The ideal candidate for this job shall like working through complex and challenging problems
