Our Markíza HR team of 3, is looking for a new team mate - an Internal Communication and Employer Branding Professional to be a part of an exciting journey. As a Voyo, Digital and Online world has become a priority, it has influenced also HR and people communication here, so we innovate to transform our internal communication to the modern way.

We need some senior colleague with a fresh mind and relevant expertise to able to handle such a fast changing, demanding and challenging environment as TV and digital world has been.

• In cooperation with PR&Marketing team, planning and bringing a strategic internal communication initiative,
execution of internal communication to all employees (we have 300 internal employees, 450 together with
external co-workers)
• Develop messages and campaigns to engage our colleagues, showcase the best of Markiza with following group
branding strategy and identity standards
• Creation of specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the
communication of internal messages and enable the company to shape culture, drive engagement, and deliver
results
• Direct support of company Executives, strong HR support (including HR projects program for our employees)
• Maintenance and upkeep of the Intranet - editing of content (text/images/videos), rollout to new MarkizaNET
(new version of Intranet launching at the end of 2021)
• Strategy, design and implementation of new internal communication channels, management and improvement
of existing tools and channels and their standardization in alignment with the company brand and tone of voice
(i.e., investigate innovative tools or changing technology for the best possible methods to employ)
• Creation of ad-hoc employee questionnaires or surveys
• Other ad-hoc HR projects (internal events, competitions, job fairs, lectures, workshops etc.) including wellbeing
program for our employees
• Deliver regular career website & LinkedIn content
• Close Cooperation with our Recruitment & HR Projects Specialist

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• An expert in writing and speaking in English and
Slovak
• An experienced communicator (2+ years) with a
track record of successful communication
campaigns
• A university graduate with a major in
communications or a similar field of study is
advantage
• Background from media industry is an
advantage
• A person who understands that communication
is not about fancy campaigns but about reaching
business objectives
• A curious learner, eager to take on new things,
organized and results oriented
• Be a confident communicator and story-teller
with a high degree of creativity and ideation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build
collaborative relationships
