Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
• Is hierarchically responsible for maintenance engineers and technologists in his Operative Unit
• As a reference person, he is responsible for the technical use and understanding of the equipment / product
• Is responsible for the transfer of technology know-how
• Is responsible for bringing and developing best practices in the plant and groups with strong cooperation with other plants and the research and development center
• Has a duty to work on process optimization and problem solving (especially scrap reduction and productivity)
• Introduces equipment, new changes in product technology through technology selection, supplier tracking, specification writing, and equipment validation
• Monitors the MMS system - Marelli Manufacturing System and its 3 main principles
• All activities are standardized
• Continuous adherence to standards
• Continuous improvement of standards and provision of feedback
• Monitors the MMD system - Maintenance Management Diagnosis
• He is responsible for setting parameters and is a technical expert on lines processes
• He is responsible for the content of the PM plan and subsequent verification of correct implementation
• He is responsible for the content of the AM plan and the subsequent sporadic check of correct implementation
• Provides continuous control of parameters of individual production equipment
• Ensures compliance with 5S in the workplaces of technologists and maintenance engineers
