Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a new team member in the Quality department. Do you have an experience with customer quality and do you like working in a dynamic environment? Please send us your email!
• Is directly responsible for all quality issues related to his / her customer, projects.
• Improve the quality level of the products:
a) to analyse the customer claims, containment, sorting, reworks activities and customer requirements,
b) to launch improvement programs and activities,
c) to supervise the non-conformities and the appropriate reports to solve problems.
• Continuous improvement of products through implementation of tools: especially Kaizens, 5Why, FTA, F3A and Lesson learned.
• Especially support the assurance of the creation of the control plan, assist in the P-FMEA, participate of PPAP documents preparation, participate to the training program and prepare the customer audits.
• Lead the realization of customer audits and driving improvements.
• Check and ensure the respect of the customer requirements.
• Understanding and promoting customer specific requirements.
• Actively participate to the improvement of the standards.
