Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Translation of product specifications into processes, working out the process sequence and identifying the necessary production machines, tools, and packaging
• Translation of analyses into process designs, setting up work processes and procedures supported with hardware and software
• Identifying developments and trends in the field of production technologies, production techniques, systems, and methods, evaluating these developments and knowing how to implement them
• Active participation in MAKE / BUY strategy concept
• Preparing and reviewing technology / machinery CAPEX for manufacturing location
• Present optimization study for process and material flow, layout, storage
• Participating in the process of continuous improvement of the organisation within the supply chain with the aim of achieving significant improvement
• Identifying the limits of the current production resources, processes, systems and methods, searching for new solutions
• Taking part in improvement projects as a project member or project leader in order to achieve improvements in the production process
