Job description, responsibilities and duties
- development and technical specifications of assembly lines, proposal related technological processes, analysis, research and testing of new processes, define specifications, their monitoring and evaluation
- feasibility analysis, creation FMEA and process flow chart
- verification of key processes
- collaboration with sales department in creation price offers
- cooperation with R & D department for the development and construction of the line and in the creating of risk analysis
- cooperation in the installation and start up lines at the customer site
- responsibility for process optimization, preparation of technical changes, samples, prototypes, implementation of improvements
- process operator training
- customer communication
