Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in Software Development (preferably in embedded)
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
  • Proven track of managing a team of 30+ engineers on several projects in parallel
  • Proficient in modern embedded technologies
  • Experience in managing complex engineering projects, managing budgets and crisis management
  • Good grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques
  • Proven experience in establishing/tailoring project process
  • Being able to elicit, document and prioritize project requirements
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
  • Willingness for teamwork with peers and at the same time self-starter
  • Experience in mentoring team leads/team members
  • Having strong understanding of motivational principles and what drives people towards results
  • Capability to recognize weak points, risks, and dependencies, ability to address them
  • Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
  • Strong charisma and energy to build the team and drive it to success, be a role model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Fluent English in technical application
