Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Supporting sales processes within the product portfolio solutions (either Windows or Linux environment)
• Understanding the needs of clients, preparing solutions in close cooperation with the development team
• Building customer and partner relationships on the technical side
• Link between technical and sales departments
• Assistance in designing and implementing systems
• PoC projects, system configuration tasks
• Providing IT security awareness, creating security policies and documentation
• Active participation in projects abroad, 35% of working time

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Technical degree or relevant experience within technical pre-sales
• Fluent English skills
• Experience with Linux OR Windows environment, knowledge of networks
• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and trends
• Customer-oriented, pro-active personality, presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT security standards and technologies
Advantages:
• IT security certificate (eg CEH, ENSA, LPT, ECSA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA)
• Basic scripting (Bash or Python) knowledge
• Leadership, project management experience
• Fluent English skills
