Who we are
mantro is a company builder and tech house. We have our roots in Munich and branches in Trnava and Zagreb, but we operate as a truly distributed team. Whether you’re in the office or working remotely, you’re a full part of the conversations and decisions. Collaboration here is not about location, but about participation.

We create software products and ventures in the proptech, urbantech, and other fast-moving sectors. Our approach is entrepreneurial, iterative, and impact-driven.

Our office in Trnava is literally a house — with a big garden, a grill, Tekken tournaments on Xbox, and Nerf gun battles. It’s a flower jungle with a dog-friendly policy, and yes, the vibe is real. Who we’re looking for
We're looking for developers with a builder mindset, strong curiosity, and a willingness to learn and evolve — not just code monkeys or vibe coders.

You might be a fullstack dev, or someone leaning toward frontend or backend. You may have a favorite stack — that’s cool. But you’re open to new ones too. You don’t panic when things change — in fact, you enjoy it.

You are a true developer:
• You’ve already fought some battles and shipped some real-world code
• You care about principles and outcomes, not just frameworks and patterns
• You communicate clearly in English, and contribute to team discussions
• You enjoy solving problems, not just completing tickets

We’re especially interested if you:
• Want to explore how to use AI to make products better
