Real Time Asset Portfolio Specialist - Analytical/technical position

This role is a good fit for fresh graduates with interest in technical field or candidates with previous experience in dispatching or IT helpdesk or any other background. This is a great chance to learn more about work of electrical power stations in a company with stable background working on the international markets.

  • Monitoring the operation of energy resources (power stations) in relation to the production plan and their optimization

  • Solving of operational problems

  • Communication with colleagues in Germany (employees of power stations)

  • Communication with traders in the Czech Republic

  • Reporting

  • Working in continuous working mode (flexibility in shifts planning)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • Good German language is a must (minimum level B2) because of active interaction with German colleagues

  • Good Czech OR English

  • Analytical mindset and desire to learn new things

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 shift mode
