Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • This is a Second Level IT Support to the end-users from German-speaking countries

  • Solving issues related to computer software and hardware and mobile devices

  • Lodging and tracking requests, tickets

  • Communication via phone and email

  • Daily use of German and English languages

  • Working shifts are during normal business hours Monday-Friday

  • Completely remote work

  • Permanent employment or freelance for CZ residents. Only freelance for residents of other EU countries.

  • Start in June

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Primary education

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • Native or at least C1 German + B2 English

  • Previous relevant experience from IT helpdesk 2-3 years (hardware and basic software knowledge – OS, Office, Communication apps, computer skills)

  • Customer-oriented, good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interact with any type of customers
