What will the job look like?
- Young, friendly, inspiring team of colleagues and international environment
- Communication via phone or chat with customers and helping them with their issues
- Planned shifts ideal for time-flexible people
- Training and coaching from teamleaders
Don't worry about telesales or outgoing calls, this is strictly inbound service line.
What do you need to apply?
- Have communicative level of English (B2 and up)
- Be time flexible
- Have communication skills and friendly attitude
Nothing more, nothing complicated there. Do you have C1 English, previous customer care experience or some basic IT skills? Even better.
