Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify the right online learning experiences.
- Partner with business teams, peers and stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and completion of our learning content.
- Explore vendor experience opportunities to design relevant content that helps vendors to resolve blockers and grow.
- Design and develop online learning experiences that align with learning outcomes that align to our vendor education goals.
- Use eLearning authoring tools to build online learning experiences and content.

- Experience designing online instructional activities to support adult learners.
- Experience creating digital interactives (e.g. simulations, animated video, etc.).
- Experience using learning data to inform continuous improvement.

- Experience designing visual presentations
- Experience developing training or presentations for a variety of audiences
- Experience working as a member of a team to collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculum for online instruction.
