Job description, responsibilities and duties
What will be your main responsibilities?
- In collaboration with Product Owner and Development Team, you will be working in a role of Scrum Master on a solution for self-care of insurance clients of our major customer in Austria.
- It will include provision of new features as well as caring about operational health and maintenance.
- You will be guiding the development team in accordance to Scrum practices and values to delight our client.
- You will be building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
- Facilitating getting the work done without assigning or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Being a supportive partner for the Product Owner, especially in backlog maintenance and refining the backlog items.

- Scrum master certification
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Awareness of contemporary practices and tools used in Continuous Integration / Deployment and Automated Testing
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Agile mindset
- Previous experience with JIRA Boards and Confuence is an advantage
- German is an advantage
