What will be your main responsibilities?
- Checks alignment of hardware orders and delivery for hardware
- Monitors infrastructure and services.
- Reports on monitoring results and supports capacity and availability
- Supports Group Change Management & Operations by technical
- Executes deployments for internal services and applications
- Supports the incident management process
- Implements, monitors and reviews the Service Asset & Configuration
- Management processes in regards to server
- Supports and consults SLA Manager, Capacity Manager, Availability
- Manager and Service Continuity Manager
- Supports continuous improvement of deployment processes and
- Supports creation and maintenance of the deployment cookbook
- Other tasks
