In your role as a Payroll Operations Systems Analyst you will:
* work on projects to drive payroll technology projects for one country or group of small to medium countries
* be an expert in Tech roadmaps, products, and services
* maintain the operational effectiveness of payroll technologies
* cooperate with teams across business units (IT teams, HR, Finance, and Accounting) to ensure that best practices and technology standards are followed and implemented
* identify opportunities, and evaluate/redesign payroll processes
