Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Invoice Management:
* Scanning and approving all incoming invoices, checking of incoming dunning letters
* Issuing invoices to affiliated companies

Payroll Administration:
* Support in monthly payroll administration
* Meal ticket management
* HR Administration support

Financial Administration:
* Intrastatistics reporting and documenting
* Storing/Archiving of documentation
* Support in Annual reporting
* Netting with Vendors and Multipliers

General Adminsitration and Assistance:
* Support in organisation of training (e.g. English courses)
* Organisation of entry cards to the office
* Office management (office supplies, post)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Number of years of experience


The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

* Very good time management and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure
* Fluent English and Excel skills are a must
* Work in administration
* Financial background and SAP skills are an asset but not a must
* Good MS Office skills
* Good analytical, numeric and communication skills
* Native in Slovak
