Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with analytical thinking and a reliable, flexible, innovating attitude. If you think that you are the right candidate, hurry up to send us your CV.

Your main duties will be:
- managing and developing the daily running of the team of approx. 20 people
- running of daily operations including resource planning
- coordinating daily activities of the team in order to ensure the productivity and quality targets
- handling the most complex customer complaints or enquires, urgencies
- identifying issues/process improvements areas of responsibility to improve customer experience and productivity
