Define the Value Proposition & Positioning of the consulting portfolio under your care, develop straightforward and integrated message about our portfolio
Provide market intelligence, expertise and recommendations to drive development strategies for our consulting offers
Continually identify timely opportunities to promote the portfolio.
Design/Manage appropriate marketing deliverables to promote the portfolio, internally and externally, and to increase revenue
Deliver marketing messages, programs & tools (ROI/TCO tools, …)
Educate the consulting/marketing/sales community on the value proposition of the portfolio(s) under your care through Case Studies, White-Papers and other appropriate collaterals
