Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for HR administration and activities associated with employee information such as data management, Working Contract and other documents preparation
- Active work in HR tools, reporting, organize on-boarding sessions for new hires
- Coordinates and provides HR Operations support for all MADO employee, (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing)
- Provides support for mandatory trainings
- Provide consultancy about labor relations topics (Labor Law)
- Provide consultancy to Managers on difficult employee related topics
- Drive any needed revisions and amendments to local HR policies
- Represent HR Function in local SBC committee, Crises Management Team, Business Continuity etc.
- Partner in Benefit administration area.
