Job description, responsibilities and duties

MPH is looking for a full-fledged lawyer who will be able to handle complex assignments entrusted to MPH by its clients. Clients of MPH are active in various business fields and sectors. We are looking for a lawyer who can independently handle complex legal issues from various legal fields and understands the value of legal synergies. Leadership skills and legal expertise are essential.

Representation of clients in legal disputes (court proceedings) and arbitrations, legal support and representation of developers in development projects and administrative procedures, legal support in internal processes and compliance programs for corporate clients, comprehensive legal advice including the preparation of legal analyses and documentation and due diligence services, participation in IT, M&A and public procurement projects.
