Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Technical coordination of supplier product development for electrical components of cabin HVAC system applications (DC brush type motors, electrical harnesses)
• Serial production support for electrical components of cabin HVAC system applications (DC blower motors (brush type, brushless type), sensors, actuators, power modules, electrical harnesses and electrical heaters)
• Project management with suppliers of electrical components in series projects
• Responsibility to achieve Cost targets in cooperation with purchasing team
• Responsibility to achieve Quality targets in cooperation with quality team for the defined work packages for all our customers
• Coordination of project milestones between customer (OEM) and supplier to achieve program timing targets
• Coordination and controlling of supplier change process
• Quality improvements (Support of quality activities)
• Phase out scenarios (Market availability of components)
• Product Cost Optimization (PCO)
• A/B comparison of change according customer specification
• Preparation of the technical release process in cooperation with engineering team
• Coordination and controlling of samples and validation process
• Close synergy with the Product Team Leader

• Expertise in electromechanical devices (Mechatronics)

• Knowledge MS Office, good IT Skills, SAP – advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Innovative thinking
