Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supervision of the daily business of the scheduling section & team.
- SCM team coordination and support, cooperation within logistics department.
- Monitor supplier performances and critical deliveries.
- Organization and supervision of emergency actions with the supplier and within plant.
- Update and control of various factors of the scheduling calculations.
- Supervision and participation in new projects activities, launch activities and related process implementation.
- Cooperation with other departments in the division e.g. Incoming Quality, SQD, Production leaders etc.
- Continuous improvement of logistics process incl. digitalization, automatization projects etc.
- Responsibility for EP inventory level and stock optimalization, inventory analysis, stockpile calculations, obsolete stocks. Implementation of corrective actions.
- Inventory control duties, organization of yearly inventory count and follow up activities.
- Attendance and cooperation during MP&L audits
- Reporting (supplier status, supplier evaluation, stock situation etc.)
