Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supporting production and launch team on samples build production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, launch, manufacturing, quality, logistic) to ensure execution of samples build production on time with required samples quantity and quality
- Leading creation of the samples build reports by collecting results from involved team members
- Identifying a production-related problems including equipment malfunctions and human errors
- Identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Escalating to the Production Manager and Launch Manager in case of production stops
- Communication to Launch Managers, support Launch engineers
- Supporting Run @ Rate
- Follow Magna’s Code of Conduct and Ethics and related compliance policies
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
