Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsible for PPAP coordination and status reporting.
  • Support ESD & Tecsa implementation and check compliance.
  • Participate/collaboration in Process FMEA definition and crosscheck of effectiveness.
  • Support of serial packaging from quality perspective (protection against corrosion, contamination, damages).
  • Supporting overview of internal deviation process.
  • Analyze and solving of internal and external quality claims.
  • Define and check ERA/ICA actions and follow up their effectiveness.
  • Develop LPA checklist for the area.
  • Implement all quality related MQS standards.
  • Implement program into the Fast Response Process.
  • Support with preparation of documentation for Quality gates and dock audit.
  • Definition and preparation documentation for CIC characteristics list.
  • Cooperation with incoming inspection for EP.
  • Support Implement process of non-conforming material management.
  • Follow-up GPMS structure.
  • Communicate within Magna MiD R team.

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree, major in electrics/mechanical manufacturing or long-term automotive industry experience
  • Experience in production and Quality at least 3 years
  • Experience with electronics components – advantage
  • Experience with FMEA, PPAP, 8D
  • Fluent English (B2, C1)
  • Willingness to travel
