Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Develops accurate and consistent estimates/cost models for parts that will be used to report the estimated product cost and its profitability, including analyzing and computing cost reduction suggestions.
- Works with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management and Sales to secure the necessary information for proper quotations and support reporting for Program Reviews, Contribution Margin Review, Quarterly Reporting, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of actual/budget/forecast and variance analysis regarding the project, including the organization of the related tools (SAP etc.)
- Support of project managers, technical project managers and development engineers regarding commercial issues (e.g. capex permits, offer confirmation, internal and external contracts, etc.).

Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field (Accounting/Engineering)
- 5 to 7 years, minimum, of experience working in an automotive production/manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office Programs required, Excel – expert level
- Comprehensive knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- Advanced knowledge (verbal &written) of Slovak language required
- Able to work effectively in a global environment.
- Critical analysis skills

- Strong interpersonal skills - Position interacts with all levels of the organization
