What will be the job content?

  • Fault diagnosis at production vehicles or at internal rejects
  • Investigation using quality management tools.
  • Identification, analysis, optimization and correction of software communication problems between transmission- and EOL-software and flash process of TCU / Inverter.
  • Single point of contact for plant specific software related issues in serial production for customers.
  • Single point of contact for questions from plant regarding SW-functions.
  • Single point of contact for SW-changes in the plant.
  • Close cooperation with local PD resident regarding EOL (End-Of-Line) and System topics.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluent English and / or German
  • Academic degree at a technical university with relevant qualification in engineering or electronic / software engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of procedural / object oriented programming
  • Experience in product engineering within automotive industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of transmission- and hybrid- systems is an advantage
  • High level of social competence required, very good communication- and organizational skills needed
  • Willingness to travel for international business trips / training abroad 3-6 months
