The position is open for new Magna Electronics plant in Kechnec.
Key Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of assigned process engineers
- Supporting the development of the team's competencies and skills
- Technical support and working task coordination
- Planning and coordination of new production programs
- Cooperation in the selection of suppliers, technologies and their technical justification.
- Management and submission of documents for the Feasibility process for the separation of new projects

- University degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering or a similar field
- Great knowledge of quality and automotive tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP ...)
- English language - active
- Experience in the field of electrical engineering - an advantage
- Good analytic thinking and technical work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Efficient working style and organizational skills
- Team leadership
