Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Sales Representative Ambition, you will have overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact client base in any size cluster/geographical area.
The primary objective for this position is to generate targeted Korean client’s business in Europe, mainly for Central South Europe as well as to build strong, value-driven & profitable long-terms business connected with Korean clients all the way.
The location can be based in Slovakia or Hungary.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the sales development of Korean client’s business in Central South Europe
- Execute key client sales process as part of a team
- Proactively develop a new business and offer mutually beneficial integrated logistics service in line with company strategies
- Strong commitment in delivering on target ocean and L&S in Central South Europe with a regular client’s visiting and Team meeting/call
- Critically evaluate business propositions and recommend short & long terms strategies to achieve profitable volume growth as well as increase logistics and service
- Monitor market and competition activities, share on feedback to Trade &Marketing and in-house stakeholders
- Create the value proposal and highlight service differentiators on Korean clients in Central South Europe
- Sales pipeline management and forecasting via SFDC
- Check on Korean client’s actual performance vs target, as well as provide the best logistics solution like connection all the way
We are looking for:
- More than three years outside sales in logistics business unit
- Native Korean and strong command of English language
- Excellent PC skills (Word /Excel/PowerPoints.)
- Market and product knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self confident manner and a good team player
