Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Coordinate import and export of automotive parts, components, and finished goods.
- Prepare and check customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, CMR, certificates of origin).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
- Communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
- Support audits and internal reporting related to customs and trade compliance.
- Optimize transport and customs processes to reduce costs and delays.
