About us:

We are European leader and also the third largest distributor of workplace products and services in the world. The headoffice of our company is in Pezinok, from where we cover 4 countries: Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria.

Your key responsibilities will be:

•Managing stock integrity team and performance analyst
•Maintaining smooth operations of all day-to-day inventory functions as they relate to inventory management
•Warehouse quality & performance, process improvement
•Stock integrity and Stock counts
•Develop and improve the stock management process, accurate reporting, inventory strategies, Stock damages & loss process, stock writing-off and returns procedure
•Analyse stock trends, recommending slow and non-movers
•Effective profiling and stock balancing of inventory to support outbound performance
•Improve processes to increase customer experience & satisfaction
•Investigate and produce an ongoing full report of discrepancies, adjustments and procedural non-conformances, proposing and implementing corrective actions as appropriate
•Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, & Annually

What do we require for this position?

•Excellent analytical skills
•MS Excel Advanced user (pivots, data models)
•Demonstrable knowledge of Stock Control principles
•Warehouse management system experience (SAP preferable; WM;MM)
•Experience within a fast-paced distribution centre environment
•Proven success in people management
•Organised, focused, Hardworking Team Player
•Excellent communication skills and decision-making
•5S / Continuous improvement knowledge is an advantage
•Project management experience would be an advantage
• English – Upper intermediate (B2)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:

From € 1900 (your salary will depend on the level of your experience, your skills and qualifications for this role – we will definitely discuss this topic with you during our interview).
There is also a variable part of the salary, which is dependent on company and personal target achievement.
